How do I know that my order placed online is received?

Wondering if your online order made it through? As soon as you place an order, we'll send you an email to confirm we've got it, along with a separate email containing a tax invoice. Once your order is on its way, we'll send another email with a tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it after it is placed?
